Terms of service

LiveSpec is operated by Livespec AS, Kuluvegen 1, 3570 Ål, Norway (org. no. 934547403). By using the service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

You must be at least 13 (the age of digital consent in Norway) to use LiveSpec. Provide accurate account details, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

LiveSpec helps you plan productions: specs and technical riders, schedules and run of show, stage plots, equipment and input lists, team collaboration, and chat. The service is under active development, so features may change.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or anything harmful or malicious;
• try to breach security, access data that is not yours, scrape, or overload the service;
• resell, copy, or reverse engineer the service.

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload (riders, files, schedules, stage plots, messages). You grant Livespec AS a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to run the service for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

LiveSpec is collaborative. When you create or join a team or event, content is shared with its members according to the access controls. The owner manages membership and roles. You are responsible for who you invite and what you share with them.

Optional AI rider import requires separate, versioned consent and may be unavailable while provider approval is pending. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You must review every warning, source excerpt, and accepted row before commit; the importer never commits automatically. You are responsible for the results you explicitly accept into your data.

LiveSpec is currently free during early access. When paid plans launch, the price, billing cycle, renewal, taxes, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout, and payments will be processed by Stripe, before you subscribe.

LiveSpec relies on third parties (for example Supabase, Vercel, and, for payments, Stripe). Their terms govern their parts of the service, and we are not responsible for them. See the Privacy policy for who processes your data.

Livespec AS owns LiveSpec, including its software, design, and brand. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the service. Your content stays yours (section 5).

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livespec AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or, while the service is free, a nominal amount permitted by law.

You agree to cover reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the service or from content you upload in breach of these terms.

You can stop using LiveSpec and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You can export your data before you leave, in Settings under Your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any dispute is subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts.

We may update these terms. We will post changes here, update the date, and flag material changes. Continuing to use LiveSpec after a change means you accept the updated terms.
